This website is designed to help ectomorphs gain weight and learn from my mistakes I made when I started lifting weights to get bigger. This will include cutting and fat loss for summer. I will also answer any questions anyone has.
Ectomorph: characterized by long and thin muscles/limbs and low fat storage; usually referred to as slim.

All of these have been achieved by physically doing them, not by using a calculator.
