As an Ectomorph Myself this is the essentials I found for gaining weight. These are what I used to get from 157 to 185 in 8 months.

Morning:

Preworkout:

The multivitamin in the morning will help you get your needs for essential vitamins not given by the food that you are eating. This is essential if you are cutting weight.

For a preworkout, these two supplements really got me going. I literally couldn't wait to get to the gym and move heavy weights. I need a pre-workout as I wake up at 6, work from 8-5 and then lift at 7PM. Without that preworkout, I would not have the motivation or energy to push through.

For post workouts, I always found it is good to have whey protein right after as the muscles are literally starving. This is good especially for long workouts. If you are taking creatine it is a plus and will help you in the long run.

I take ZMA at bedtime as it is supposed to increase test, but it is also a night time sleep aid. Take 3 capsules for men or 2 for women 30-60 minutes before bedtime and you are out like a rock. A lot of people like this and you can read the reviews about it. It is supposed to raise free-test levels and I believe myself it does.

Another essential is WATER. I try and drink a gallon of water a day alone.
